That standard has guided every choice I've made. I'm a game director aiming to build a studio, because leading is how great people make great games.

Why games

I've loved games my whole life, both playing and making them. They've helped me grow as a person and given me purpose. I hope to make games to help inspire others to find purpose as well.

A mobile-first micro-game platform. Every game is one complete experience in about a minute. You pick it up, you finish something, you put it down.

Where this goes

The studio I'm aiming to build will be an elite, autonomous cell.

A small group that operates at a high level on its own, which makes it valuable inside a bigger organization or standing alone. Leading a great team is how great games get made, and that's why I want to build one.

People do their best work when the company's goals and their own line up. My job as a leader is to find those two directions and align them as tightly as possible. I hand people real responsibility early, more than they think they can hold, then I clear the path so they can carry it. The leader grants the autonomy. The work supplies the purpose. The worker loves mastering their craft.
